Superior Home Health Services are seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Home and Community Personal Care Workers to join our team in the North Brisbane (North Lakes) and Moreton Bay Region. PREFERRED SKILLS

Medication Competency preferred
Experience working with Aged clients in a home setting
Experience working with persons living with a disability
Experience working with clients rehabilitating at home after surgery/accident
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $40.00 – $43.00 per hour

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Working within a person-centered, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client;
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties;
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support;
  • Providing support with social and recreational activities;
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and assisting clients with medications;
  • Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
  • Responding to emergency situations; and
  • Working weekend and overnight shifts as rostered
