About the Traineeship

  • Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over 12 months
  • Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning
  • Secure ongoing employment opportunities within TLC Aged Care homes in the Geelong region.
