Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home’s residents.

• Provide care in line with resident’s individual care needs
• Identifying any changes to a residents needs and escalating these to the RN
• Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the RN
• Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
• Delivering Person centred care enabling them to live their best life
• Establish supportive and positive relationships with resident
