Position Overview: We are actively searching for enthusiastic and caring Personal Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care services to our elderly clients. This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life. By joining us, you will be playing a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized care they deserve, helping them live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Driver’s licence and vehicle
  • Current Car Insurance & Car Registration
  • National police check
  • First aid & CPR
  • Blue Card

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.
  • Assisting with daily activities, in home and community.
  • This role encompasses everyday tasks and assistance within the home, from basic household duties and cleaning assistance, meal preparation, personal care i.e.; showers, grooming, social outings and transports to medical appointments. *Applicant must be willing to assist clients with household duties.
