Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents in daily living activities
• Promoting independence and well-being
• Collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
• Assisting with mobility and equipment use
• Providing emotional support and creating a warm, caring environment
• Documenting care activities in iCare and following best practices
• Working closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families
