NoosaCare is looking for candidates that passionate about aged care and making a difference in people’s lives. Qualifications and experience are a bonus, but we’re eager to train and support those who are new to the industry, to establish their careers in Aged Care. Essential requirements are:

• Current (valid within 3 years) criminal record check or the ability to obtain prior to starting.

• Deliver all aspects of personal care to residents while on shift, within your qualification abilities.
• Collaborate with management, employees, residents and their loved ones to achieve a safe, secure and infection free environment.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Contribute to positive resident outcomes by supporting the assessment, and planning of residents in collaboration with their family and the broader clinical team
