As a Personal Carer, you’ll provide person-centred care and support to our residents across our Bray Park residential facilitiy. You will provide assistance with their daily lives, working as part of a collaborative, supportive team. You Will: Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals Support residents’ wellbeing with dignity and compassion Accurately report care and wellbeing to the Registered/Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager Share ideas to improve services and teamwork What We’re Looking For: Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster Essential Requirements: Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination Why WMQ?
