Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator / Coordinator to support one of our top-performing Property Consultants. This role requires strong administrative, coordination, and client communication skills to ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions and day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or operations (real estate experience highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate transaction processes (ADREC).
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi areas including Al Reef, Al Reem, Saadiyat, and other prime communities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Female candidates preferred (to support a Sales Lady).

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales and leasing transaction documentation including MOUs, offer letters, contracts, and related paperwork.
  • Communicate with property owners, buyers, and tenants to collect required documentation.
  • Handle sales transactions in ADREC and liaise with developers for compliance with their specific procedures.
  • Coordinate with real estate developers to facilitate sales processes, payments, and transfer procedures.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all transactions and deals.
  • Prepare and arrange reports for ongoing transactions, deals, and client updates.
  • Assist in scheduling property viewings, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth operational support for the Property Consultant to maximize efficiency.
