• Comfortable with basic design tools like Canva (or willing to learn)
• Experience in promotions, shipping, events, or personal assistance is a plus

We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and creative assistant to support both life logistics and brand promotions for a mission-driven business.

This is not a standard office admin job — you’ll split your time between:

• Creative brand work: bringing to life beautifully packaged, on-brand promotions and client gifts.
• Personal support: kid drop-offs, light errands, and keeping certain day-to-day tasks running smoothly.

If you’re someone who can pivot from tying a perfect ribbon to running to the post office, who loves making things look beautiful and getting things done — this role might be for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DOCREATIVE PROMOTIONS & SHIPPING (BUSINESS SUPPORT)

• Co-create seasonal and campaign-based promotional ideas
• Source and order unique packaging, gifts, and inserts
• Design simple cards, tags, and inserts in Canva
• Pack and ship welcome kits, thank-you packages, and promotional mailouts
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and promotional supplies
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
