RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal loans, investment notes and property development finance loans.
What will you be doing?
As a Personal Finance Assistant (Verification Processing), you will be responsible for verification of loan documentation for loan applications, whilst ensuring member service levels and lending outcomes are within credit policy/procedures and targets.
In addition, you will;
- Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage member expectations during application process through inbound and outbound interactions, maintaining the highest level of member satisfaction whilst maintaining Service Levels requirements.
- Proactively keep members informed of loan progress, outcomes completing follow up calls to progress loan applications to settlement as required.
- Analysing all data and complete necessary credit assessment checks, to ensure an acceptable level of risk, complying with all legislative requirements including the National Credit Code.
- Achieve credit assessment targets in accordance with credit policy and procedure.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements.
What will you bring to the role?
- Previous loan preparation experience is required (banking or finance industry experience preferred).
- Experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the national credit code, responsible lending obligations and Privacy Act.
