Job Overview:We are hiring a Personal Finance Specialist to guide individuals in mastering budgeting, credit management, debt reduction strategies, and personal savings goals.

• What You'll Do:Review individual budgets, income statements, and credit reports.
• Create tailored action plans for debt payoff, emergency savings, and budgeting.
• Deliver written reviews explaining financial steps in clear language.
• Create educational resources and guides regarding personal finance topics.
• Track metrics related to client financial progress and plan adherence.

• What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Consumer Economics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in personal finance coaching, credit counseling, or banking.
• Deep empathy combined with clear analytical communication.
• Certification (e.g., AFC®, Certified Financial Counselor) is a plus.
