Description
Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach activities. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for individual clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance. Develop and present tailored financial plans and solutions, encompassing a wide range of products such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management services. Advise clients on suitable financial products and services offered by RHB Bank Berhad, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives. Monitor client portfolios and market trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements in financial advisory services. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's performance. Stay updated with industry knowledge, product developments, and economic trends to provide accurate and relevant advice. Participate in training programs and continuous professional development initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on retail clients. Possession of relevant industry licenses and certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, insurance, and wealth management principles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose effective financial solutions. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
