JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated personal care assistant in Lewsham area to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. Companionship care, lighthouse duties, some cooking, some errands, and able to help with medication. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary for their well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in domiciliary care or Care home settings, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to follow care plans effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a home care or care home environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to drive and hold a valid driver’s license is desirable
  • Familiarity with creating or following care plans is beneficial.
  • A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
