ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Personal Home Care Worker, you’ll travel across the Gold Coast, delivering tailored, one-on-one care in clients’ homes. You’ll empower people to live independently and comfortably – while building strong, respectful relationships.
Approx. 15 hours per week with flexibility to suit your schedule.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personal care support (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing, medication prompts)
• Social support (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, companionship)
• Domestic tasks (e.g. light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
• Support with mobility, transfers, and assistive equipment
• Assist clients with complex or challenging needs
• Monitor wellbeing and report on any health or safety concerns
• Communicate clearly with care coordinators through an app on daily notes with each service visit
