We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Personal Injury Business Development Manager to join Precision Imaging Centers, covering the Orlando or Jacksonville area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that prioritizes patient care, physician collaboration, and leadership in the medical community. Position Overview: The Personal Injury Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist is responsible for driving referral growth and meeting/exceeding sales goals within a designated territory. This role requires strategic sales planning, relationship-building, and regular face-to-face engagement with referral partners. Success in this position comes from adaptability, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, paralegals, referring physicians, and medical staff to promote Precision Imaging services. Develop deep knowledge of outpatient radiology services, the personal injury landscape, and local market competition. Create and execute weekly call plans and quarterly business strategies. Collaborate with Center Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure operational excellence and timely follow-up on PI cases. Leverage CRM systems and business intelligence tools for targeted outreach and resource allocation. Implement Precision Imaging’s marketing strategies within your territory. Manage monthly promotional budgets and marketing collateral. Partner with operational teams at our centers to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales initiatives Maintain strict adherence to all corporate compliance policies. Qualifications: Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certifications preferred. Experience: 4+ years of direct outside sales experience, preferably in Personal Injury OR Law firm experience in the Personal Injury space Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of influencing decision-makers and generating results through strategic selling. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong business acumen and ability to learn quickly.
