Qualified candidates will have at least 2-5 years of experience with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case. Job Duties: · Assist the Attorney with new client intake · Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster · Monitor client’s medical treatments · Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc. · Work with the Clients, Insurance Adjusters and Attorneys · Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, compassionate, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
