CASE MANAGER | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY PAY: $60K- $85K TORKLAW is a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional client service and strong legal advocacy. We are seeking professionals who are dependable, organized, and committed to helping clients navigate challenging situations with care and professionalism. We are currently seeking a Case Manager to join our team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys managing case progress, maintaining strong client communication, and working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff throughout the pre-litigation process. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Case Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury Proficient with standard office and productivity software Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required Prior litigation experience is a plus BENEFITS & PERKS In addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits: 12 paid holidays annually 10 paid vacation days annually 6 paid sick days annually Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company match Regular firm events including happy hours, team building activities, and holiday celebrations Opportunities for professional growth and development If you’re looking for a place where your contributions matter, your growth is supported, and your work has real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
