PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS HANDLER

Location: Chester
Salary: £25,500

With a reputation for excellence, we’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join our Chester office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking career growth in a supportive and dynamic legal environment.
As a Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims, managing each case from initial instruction through to resolution. Your role will involve handling all aspects of the claims process—obtaining and disclosing medical reports, liaising with clients, negotiating settlements, and issuing proceedings where required.
You’ll be working with our in-house case management system (Proclaim) and will regularly communicate with clients, insurers, medical experts, and legal professionals. You’ll also be expected to instruct experts, prepare court bundles, and ensure that billing is completed accurately and efficiently in line with firm policies.
