Job Description Compensation: USD $1,000+ per month (based on experience) Please submit your resume in English. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely from home as an independent contractor (health care benefits and paid time off is not provided). Full-time availability is required for a 40-hour workweek with two days off. Depending on business needs, one weekend day may be included in your schedule. The Reductions Specialist serves as the final point of contact for each case, requiring a positive attitude and polished, professional communication. Key responsibilities encompass initiating courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, providing detailed explanations of the reduction process, and meticulously logging phone calls, case statuses, and documents into the online document management software. The Specialist ensures the efficient linkage of releases onto Litify, confirming PIP benefits, and validating damages with a complete provider list. Other tasks include confirming balances due on medical accounts, negotiating bills with providers, sending out reductions promptly, and maintaining regular client contact, addressing queries every two weeks. The Reductions Specialist conducts case reviews and personal audits for productivity, while also developing and monitoring weekly projection reports.
