KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with a strong background in Personal Injury Law. Specifically EL/PL and RTA claims.
• Solid experience managing pre & post litigated caseloads
• Knowledge of case management and portal systems
• A proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing history.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills

• Managing a caseload of Claimant personal injury matters, with minimal supervision
• Handling new and existing files from inception through to settlement or trial, including litigated matters.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for court, as well as attending court hearings
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and other third parties
• Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations
