JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Fee Earner to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dealing with personal injury and experience of handling their own caseload. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a commitment to providing advice to clients . The Fee Earner will be responsible for overseeing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a legal environment with a focus on case management or paralegal duties.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury and the OIC and MOJ portals.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim or similar case management software is preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly within a dynamic legal setting while developing your professional skills in case management.

    Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
