We are looking for an AB/Tort Personal Injury Law Clerk with experience handling Personal Injury claims.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

-Accident Benefits+ Tort experience
-Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Accreditation
-at least 2 years’ experience in personal injury matters

-assist clients with their day-to-day file-related needs
-communicate with third parties (doctor offices, rehab clinics, insurance company adjusters, insurance defence lawyers/clerks, mediators and court office clerks)
-maintain a system to diarize and follow-up with tasks and duties
