Description

Ross & McBride LLP is one of Hamilton’s largest law firms with a rich history of commitment to our clients and our community. We pride ourselves on offering innovative legal services to individuals, businesses, and institutions throughout our community and beyond.
Our Personal Injury Department provides a wide range of Plaintiff-side personal injury services to our clients, including MVA and pedestrian accidents, catastrophic injury, accident benefits claims, slip-and-falls, dog bites, occupier’s liability, and medical malpractice claims.
We are seeking a Plaintiff-side personal injury lawyer with 1-3 years of experience in either plaintiff-side or insurance defense litigation to join our Personal Injury Department. Familiarity with accident benefits is considered an asset.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to not only widen and sharpen their skills in the personal injury field, and receive mentorship from senior counsel in the Department, but will also be given the tools, guidance and encouragement to build and grow their own personal injury practice over time.
Interested candidates may submit a CV with a cover letter and any other relevant documentation in confidence to Dawn Power, Office Manager at dpower@rossmcbride.com. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
Visit us at www.rossmcbride.com to learn more about us and practicing law in Hamilton.
We are committed to creating a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse firm and we strongly encourage applicants of all genders, ages, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations, and life experiences to apply. Ross & McBride LLP welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
