We are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Paralegal/Pre-Litigation Fee Earner to join our personal injury RTA department in Bolton (no hire). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
We are looking to further expand our personal injury pre-litigation department in Bolton with experienced Fee Earners who will come in and deal with the day-to-day caseload of injury and special damage claims. You will deal with the claims from inception to issue of proceedings.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
· Manage a caseload of Injury and special damage claims.
· Gather evidence in support of our client’s losses, and ready the file for issue as soon as possible.
· Loss of earnings calculations from wage slips and tax returns
· Gather medical evidence including review of medical records where necessary.
· Dealing with third party insurance companies off the portal.
· Dealing with complex special damage claims.
· Updating clients and ensuring good strong professional relationships are built
