JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves dealing with your own caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

EXPERIENCE

  • minimum 1 year Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in proclaim, IT systems and software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with own caseload of personal injury claims.

  • Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Utilise IT systems, including Proclaim, Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
