The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Paralegal, with a genuine interest in Personal Injury law, assisting senior case handlers in managing files efficiently. The role involves completing essential administrative tasks, obtaining and organising medical records, and preparing legal documents for case progression.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

• Assisting the Partners on a high value, Multi-Track Personal Injury (EL/PL) caseload
• Issuing proceedings and preparing claims for service
• Reviewing Medical Records
• Reviewing Medical Evidence
• Reviewing Claimant’s Losses
• Negotiating settlement with third party insurers
• Making settlement offers
