Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload. You will handle personal injury litigation within a fast-paced commercial environment, requiring a good understanding of legal principles and procedures.
You will play a crucial part in advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or other circumstances. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and providing expert legal advice to clients from initial consultation through to resolution. You will engage with clients empathetically, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. Your role will involve conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and working diligently to negotiate fair settlements or secure favourable outcomes in court when necessary.
We are looking for an individual with a solid academic background and post-qualification experience in personal injury litigation.

• A good academic background with post-qualification experience in handling personal injury litigation.
• Proven experience in managing personal injury claims within a busy commercial environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
