Ideal candidate with 1+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance. Applied Epic experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to perform and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times. Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business. Professional phone/office etiquette. Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering sales calls. Completing intake forms. Conducting data entry and processing payments. Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner. Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status. Engage with clients and prospects over the phone to obtain information pertaining to various quote requests. Work alongside writing agents to help produce quotes.
