Ideal candidate with 1+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance. Applied Epic experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to perform and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times. Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business. Professional phone/office etiquette. Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering sales calls. Completing intake forms. Conducting data entry and processing payments. Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner. Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status.
