We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive in Malahide. As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring high levels of service, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that involves client interaction, policy administration, renewals, and new business generation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience currently in a similar Personal Lines role particulary with motor and household insurance
• APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification is essential; CIP qualification is a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in Applied Relay software is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a regulated environment
• Organised, proactive, and a strong team player

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal Lines clients (including motor, home, and travel insurance)
• Handle policy administration including renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and general queries
• Quote and place new business, ensuring all advice is compliant and of a high standard
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with Central Bank of Ireland (CPC) requirements
• Deliver outstanding customer care across all touchpoints
• Liaise effectively with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive and appropriate terms
• Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities where relevant
