Description:
Portfolio Management:
Buntain Insurance is looking for a Jr. Personal Lines Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, who is eager to take the next step in their career. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong attention to detail, we’d love for you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Service a smaller book of business, including renewals, cover letters, quotations, and endorsements.
- Assist in managing the expiry list, ensuring all renewals are handled efficiently.
- Handle Past Due Notices and follow up to avoid cancellations.
- Process claims notices and insurance company memos.
Sales and Documentation:
- Assist in achieving sales goals by managing documentation for new and existing policies.
- Accurately enter qualified business into sales software and assist with ICBC transactions when needed.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring clarity on coverage.
- Assist with remarketing business when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a personal lines insurance role.
- License: Level 1/2 Insurance License.
- Proficient with Power Broker, Insurance Company Portals, and PowerQuote/Evaluations.
- Basic knowledge of underwriting guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to explain coverage to clients without insurance jargon.
