We are a growing independent Insurance Agency looking for a professional and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate should be Insurance Licensed, with a desire to work in Property and Casualty insurance. Candidate should be: positive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Problem-solving abilities, high ethics and warmth are key.
The Account Manager would be in charge of remarketing accounts when necessary, taking/filing claims, policy changes and answering billing questions.
Hours are 8am to 4:30pm with reduced Friday hours during the Summer. We offer generous wages, benefits including Health Insurance and Disability, PTO and a 401k after 1 year, along with Commissions earned on Accounts brought in.
Job Duties Include:
· Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence.
· Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices and create auto ID cards.
· Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures; document electronic files accordingly.
· Other duties as needed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
