QUALIFICATIONS

• RIBO license (active and in good standing)
• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using brokerage management systems and email platforms

ABOUT THE ROLE

Staffinity is hiring Personal Lines Account Managers for a well-established brokerage with offices throughout Ontario. This is a service-focused role, not a sales job. You’ll manage a book of personal insurance clients, helping with renewals, coverage changes, and day-to-day inquiries. The right candidate will enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and making insurance easier for everyday people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes accurately
• Advise clients on coverage, pricing, and policy options
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with compliance guidelines
• Follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely resolution
• Support retention by delivering excellent client service
• Liaise with insurers on quotes, claims, and underwriting queries
• Provide occasional support to new team members or shared accounts
