Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to their Gaspar Insurance Services team in Woodland Hills Metro Region. Job Summary: Our Agency focus is on High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines Property & Casualty, and we are seeking a highly motivated, well rounded insurance professional to become part of our team. The High Net Worth Account Manager position entails handling all aspects daily service responsibilities as well as client renewals and re-marketing within all lines of P &C personal insurance. Essential Functions: Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding premiums, policy changes and policy details to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Guide clients through application processes, risk profile evaluations, and renewal questionnaires to maintain accurate and complete information. Analyze policy coverage terms and limits to confirm adequacy in relation to client needs and risk exposure. Re-market policy renewals strategically, based on client requirements and prevailing market conditions, to secure optimal solutions. Negotiate renewal terms with incumbent carriers and alternative markets to deliver the broadest coverage at the most competitive pricing. Prepare and present detailed renewal analyses, including re-marketing results, to facilitate informed client decision-making. Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements, cross-selling, and presenting additional solutions aligned with client risk profiles Competencies & Qualifications: 3+ years personal lines experience with a background in HNW client/account management services. HNW experience with the following carriers: Chubb, AIG Private Client Group, PURE required, Cincinnati, Vault. HNW experience with the following required; Coastal homes, CA earthquake and brush fire, extensive fine arts and jewelry schedules, exotic/collector cars, yacht/watercraft, builder’s risk, etc. Experience working with High Value GA’s such as RT Specialty & AmWins preferred California Property & Casualty license required Experience with Applied Systems EPIC, Excel, Word and general computer skills Strong communication skills, work well in a team orientated environment and under pressure Good leadership, analytical and organizational skills This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
