PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Champoux Insurance Group, a family-owned and growing insurance agency, is seeking Personal Lines Account Managers to join our team. Wages will be commnesurate with experience. We are happy to train exceptional entry-level persons. Positions are available at both our Lewiston and Augusta offices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willing to train and license the right individual
• Maine Property & Casualty License a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 37.5 per week

• Handle new business inquiries via phone, walk-ins, or referrals, providing quotes and issuing Auto, Homeowners, and associated Personal Lines policies.
• Assist existing customers with coverage, billing questions, and account updates.
• Process policy endorsements and support clients by initiating claims when needed.
