As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to assure they have the best coverage. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Review and update client policies as needed. Maintain accurate client records using the client management system. Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums. Requirements: Maine Property & Casualty License or previous insurance agency experience. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).
