Position Overview: As a Technical Service Representative in our Personal Lines department, you will play a key support role in delivering exceptional service to clients and brokers. You’ll be responsible for the accurate processing and administration of personal insurance policies, supporting account managers, and ensuring all documentation is complete and organized. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Process and administer Personal Lines policies in Applied Epic
  • Invoice clients and manage activities in Applied Epic
  • Review policy documents ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Draft client emails to accompany policy documents
  • Advise brokers of any changes in coverage reflected in policy documents
  • Follow up on open activities with brokers to ensure timely processing and communication
  • Responsible for download and assigning items in suspense
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
  • Add claims notices and documentation to Epic
  • General administrative duties

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 2+ Years experience working in insurance
  • Working knowledge of Applied Epic
  • Familiarity with insurer portals and rating tools (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced office environment
  • A collaborative team mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
