We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Producer who is passionate about sales and client success. In this role, you’ll have a dedicated account manager from day one to handle service, renewals, and client support allowing you to focus your time and energy on prospecting, networking, and closing sales. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license required.
  • Minimum 3 years in an insurance office selling personal lines insurance.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Highly self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with account managers and agency leadership.
