· Prospect and grow a personal lines portfolio
· Handle new and referral business through warm leads and active cold calling/prospecting
· Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
· Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
· Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
