This role is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of auto and home insurance for a group of states. In addition, you will be responsible for countrywide initiatives that may include assigned lines of business. Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $100,000-$200,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: collaborate with underwriting and sales associates on state strategy and initiatives drive implementation of countrywide strategies and rate, rule and form initiatives develop state-specific strategies in agency management, competitive position, etc. mentor product analysts and help develop their skills develop reports to show the overall health of a state and communicate them to business partners and management collaborate with IT associates on product implementation and testing Be equipped with: strong analytical skills knowledge of rate-making methodologies excellent communication and leadership skills the ability to analyze data, develop strategic recommendations and operationalize them Bring education and experience from: a bachelor’s degree in a field related to business or analytics (master’s degree preferred) four or more years of insurance experience with an emphasis on personal lines personal watercraft experience (preferred) product management and pricing experience (preferred) an FCAS or ACAS designation (preferred) Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
