JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Officer to promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, financial knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in personal loans, banking, or finance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Explain loan products and services clearly to clients and help them choose the best fit based on their financial needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
• Follow up with clients and processing teams to ensure smooth disbursal of loans.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on personal loan policies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines set by the bank/NBFC.
