As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Officers to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the UAE banking/finance sector (Personal Loans preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Freshers with home country banking sales experience are also welcome.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Promote and sell personal loan products to new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through field and tele-sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
