We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Loan Relationship Officer to join our team at EARLY APPROVE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE LLC, one of the top leading banks in the UAE. As a Personal Loan Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and managing relationships with individual customers, promoting and selling our wide range of personal loan products. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with individual customers to promote and sell personal loan products.
• Assess customers’ financial needs and provide personalized loan solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest personal loan products, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
• Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to persuade and influence customers.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Apply sound analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customers’ financial situations and propose suitable loan solutions.
• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets within given deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail banking, loan sales, or a customer-oriented role in the UAE is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of personal loan products, financial regulations, and credit assessment processes.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets within given deadlines.
• Experience in banking is required.
