Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Personal Finance Sales Executive to join our retail banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal financa products to clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE in retail banking with a focus on personal Finance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of UAE banking policies and regulations is a plus.

- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote personal Finance products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
- Provide professional advice and personalized loan solutions.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on banking regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell related banking products.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist clients with loan application processes, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance and quality standards in all processes.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Submit daily and monthly reports to the sales manager.
