POSITION OVERVIEW

AmeriTech Contracting, a small but fast-growing government contracting construction company, is seeking a highly organized and creative Personal PR & Communications Manager to support our company’s President. This role will manage the President’s public image, professional communications, and community engagement, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects the President’s leadership and AmeriTech’s brand. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing corporate and personal brand initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-hat small business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of PR, communications, or executive branding experience (construction or government contracting industry experience preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences.
  • Experience managing social media for executives or brands.
  • Comfortable working in a small business setting, wearing multiple hats, and managing both corporate and personal brand initiatives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
