NASCAR Racing Experience provides an opportunity for people to fulfill their dream of driving a real NASCAR Race Car at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Our goal for every participant is to make their experience the memory of a lifetime. To do this, we need people that love what they do and to be just excited as our customers.
Being a Personal Racing Instructor with NASCAR Racing Experience may include but are not limited to, talking with customers during their driving experience, giving advice on how to improve their experience, and ensuring that all customers you encounter have a safe and memorable experience that makes them want to come back again and again!
Desired traits that we look for in the right candidate:
* Well-spoken and confident speaking to customers
* Effective in giving clear and concise instructions to customers
* Comfortable speaking through a two-way radio and headset
* Ability to multi-task
Some things you should keep in mind before applying:
* You will be working track side at Charlotte Motor Speedway with NASCAR Racing Experience.
* We need people that are 18 years of age and older
* Enjoy working outdoors
* Positive attitude while working with the public.
* Position is Seasonal and mostly on weekends
* Travel Team Opportunities are available.
* Training is provided, no previous experience is required.
