Role: Personal Secretary (Female)
About Us
Kmansoori is a leading abaya brand dedicated to elegance, quality, and modern modest fashion. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a female Personal Secretary to support our CEO and management team with daily operations and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments and external partners.
  • Organize travel arrangements, events, and brand-related activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
