A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with Selfridges’ aspirational and entry-tier personal shopping clients, including our VSPs (£10k+), all other Unlocked tiers and other newly engaged guests. You will demonstrate good networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on learning and development to expand your client base through both existing and new customer relationships. You will uphold strong service standards, professionalism, and discretion, delivering elevated styling appointments tailored to each client’s needs. With a growing knowledge across Selfridges’ product categories, you will drive good cross-category and own bought sales while continuing to build your expertise in luxury retail.

• Highly regarded within the field of Personal Shopping, with in-depth knowledge of the customer base, brands, the Services we offer and our clients lifestyles
• Well-connected with a proven track record
• Proactive in ceasing opportunities to build customer relationships and actively promoting the Personal shopping Team and its services
• An expert in luxury lifestyle and can talk confidently within this space
• An excellent communicator and can influence across all levels, you excel in the relationships you build internally and externally
• Strong commercial acumen, target and performance driven, can speak confidently to Retail and client KPIS and understands the levers to achieve commercial success
• A brand ambassador, demonstrating Values and behaviours
