We are looking for a compassionate and caring Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to provide assistance to our clients in their homes. The PSS will be responsible for providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and companionship.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a home care or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
