We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred; experience in senior care is a plus.
  • Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and basic health care practices.
  • Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences of clients.
  • A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and enhancing the lives of those in your care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including senior care facilities and private homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor clients’ health and well-being by performing regular patient monitoring and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being.
  • Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary; maintain a safe environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
