Salary Range - Minimum $32.14 per hour

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare‘s Values. You will play a crucial role in a resident’s overall wellbeing.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Mobility support: Helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
  • Monitoring health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident’s health or behavior.
  • Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident’s condition on eCase.
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals: Working in collaboration with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
